Nov 07, 2013 - Did in-service at Rockyview General Hospital with John Park Sales Rep who brought a couple dozen donuts from Modern Donut. Went over Piper, Xpresso Lite, Xpresso & EVO models. Gave sheet showing all models by Seat Height with specifications on the back & a sheet showing all models split by frame style A or H by weight. Gave John a couple of Walkers by Seat Height Sheets.
Dec 17, 2012 - Met with Dino & Susie. Went through walker stock room to see what old stock they had. Just one older Green Sprite & a Burgundy EVO Wide. Susie says they'll move the EVO but might need help with the Sprite. Says she'll see what they can do to move them & I offered to help if they had any trouble moving them. They also had some older AMG Basic rollators that I said they should talk to Calmedi about as Mina sells them somewhat regularly. We also found a HOrizon wide that needed the left backrest bracket replaced. Susie took it out to the service dept. to get it repaired.
Dino says he doesn't have an issue stocking walkers but just doesn't want to get stuck with them. I told him I'd work with him in January to set some inventory guidelines on stock as they're now supplying the Lethbridge & Med Hat stores as well as the south Calgary store.
Nov 28, 2012 - Met Dino at the Shoppers HHC pre show party in Calgary. Mentioned issue that Linda at SHHC8302 had with them not having a Red Xpresso Lite Std. and that I'd like to see them carry more inventory. His major concern is that he doesn't want to be stuck with stock that's not turning. Told him I'd work with him to clear out any old stock they have if they'd carry a better selection of stock that is moving.
Mar 13, 2012 - Met with Angie, Susie, Jeff, John, Maggie & Service Staff. Went through all models & accessories and gave folders with each models sell sheets, Features & Benefits sheet & Specification Sheet. Showed each model & showed EVO DX with Mono Brake, Slow Down Brakes & Curb Climber. Spent some time afterwards with Susie & John getting more therapists names to put into personal brain. Discussed pricing with Angie regarding how much upgrade they need to charge to be competitive in the marketplace.
