Jan 28, 2014 - Met with Rosella. Says they're down to 3 staff now so it's just her, Taylor & Kathy. Kathy has been doing repairs & books. The problem they have is deliveries as the orders are still coming but they don't have enough bodies to get the equipment out. Says they are no longer taking NIHB business because they are owed too much money. She was told by someone at the NIHB Claims Dept. that NIHB is now only paying dealer cost for the products.

Jan 17, 2012 - Met with Rosella, Peggy, Taylor, Jennifer & Bill. Demo'd an EVO Wide with 2 Arm Troughs & showed how to adjust as well as gave them tip of tucking brake cables under basket handle edges. Aslo demo'd an EVO DX with One Hand Brake, Slow Down Brakes, Curb Climber & Cane Holder.

Helped Bill repair an older blue Xpresso from a gentleman from Cardston. While tightening the brake set screw the frame that supports it broke off so we had to replace the brake completely. Taylor was going to return the repaired unit today as he was heading to Cardston.

Sep 28, 2011 - Met with Rosella & Bill. Rosella says most demand in Lethbridge is for centre fold walkers. Gave me some therapists names & phone numbers. Gave her 20 full line brochures as they were low.
