Rina came to HME from a diverse educational and professional background. She has obtained a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree majoring in marketing. She is a veteran and has ample experience working with at-risk and compromised populations as a fitness and health professional.

Determined to continue her training and learning within the industry, Rina also takes pride in learning about her clients and their ailments/limitations to better understand them and their day-to-day lives in an effort to have her clients feel supported and cared for. Rina is ready to serve Vancouver Island and the surrounding areas – covering areas from the Malahat and North.
