Aug 12, 2013 T/C with Graham re following up on walker repaired at our office for Herb Zilkie. Graham says he's 99% sure everything was fine as Herb already picked up the walker.

Aug 02, 2013 - Met with Gail, Karen & Brian. Dropped Walkers by Seat Height with Specs sheets. Discussed repairs with Brian as he's does all installs & repairs. Says everything is fairly straight forward with repairs. Doesn't like Nexus because they're hard to work on. Karen mentioned an issue with a Piper Tall and she gave me the paper work for it as they haven't heard back yet as to what we're doing. It had an issue with the front fork. Karen says the threads in the frame were stripped and the wheel fell out. Told her I'd follow up on it to see where it's at.

Feb 06, 2013 - Met with Gail & Graham. Gave each a Walker by Seat Height Sheet. Graham liked them a lot saying they were the simplest ones to deal with he's seen from any supplier. Asked for some more to put on display for customers to look over. Explained the difference between A Design & h Design walkers. Says Nighthawk coming out with 2 new walkers soon and he's pre-ordered a few. Told him of our launch of Xpresso Wide & Low Wide this fall & that we had Purple & Teal coming soon and that Green will be phased out asap. Says he's looking for a buying group to sign on with. Told him Drug Trading was probably better than VGM for his type of products and he'd get great pricing on our products through DT. Says he's now a Broda dealer along with 3 other dealers in Winnipeg.

Mar 01, 2012 - Met with Gail in their large well-organized showroom. Had a few Xpressos, a Piper, a Horizon & an EVO Arm Trough Unit on display plus a few Nexus walkers as well. Says she just placed an order for more walkers today. Mentioned Sheila Buck Seminar & she was interested & agreed to get the word out as soon as I gave her the date & location.
