Oct 19, 2012 - Did basic walker fitting in-service with Hazel & Monique. Used Xpresso Mini, Reg & Tall to demonstrate how to fit for seat height. Went over how to set handle height and how to narrow down which walker is the right size for a client in just 5 questions.

Jul 31, 2012 - T/C with Fiona to wish her happy b'day. Says Barcley came down & fired Ron then went to Lethbridge store & fired others. Says the new manager they hired left after 3 weeks & 3 people left with her so half of the Calgary hub staff is in Lethbridge keeping it running.

Jul 12, 2012 - Met with Ron, Bharty & Denise. Stopped by and picked up defective handles from gentleman from a walker clinic that had brakes that would click to lock then if you pushed down again they would click to another level. Told Linda I wanted the handles back to check why this was happening. I found them in her office on a top shelf as she was in a fitting when I came.

Jan 26, 2012 - Saw new area in store for walkers that Linda & Fiona set up after hours on weekend.
