Mar 18, 2013 - L/M for Marcello as he'd spoken to Stephen Emery at the office regarding an Xpresso where the front wheel had fallen out.

Feb 05, 2013 - Met with Marcelo. Gave him Walker by Seat Height sheet. Says tender for MDA for walkers just closed on January 25. They have Nexus & Drive 2 wheel bariatric walkers on contract but quantities are only 12 & 24 respectively. Says he plans to do some advertising this year as he needs to increase sales so I told him about our Coop advertising policy.

Feb 28, 2012 - Met with Marcelo & Doreen??. Marcelo says he just got back from signing contract for new location on Pembina Street. He's currently in 900 sq. ft. store & new location is 2,000 sq. ft. Told him i'd check how much coop money he had available to help with his new location launch. Doreen says they need more Xpresso brochures as she just ran out yesterday.

Dec 14, 2011 - Met with Marcelo. Has Challenger Wide, Ovation, Excursion & Nexus on the showroom floor. Says they're moving to a new location early in the new year if his deal goes through. He bought the business 3 years ago & it used to be only used equipment. Says he can set up some in-services at a few of the hospitals if I'm interested. Told him I'd let him know my available dates in Feb. Says he does some oxygen walkers & he's interested in the converted baskets. Told him I'd email him some photos of what Western does for us.
