July 27, 2015 - Met with Mahmoud. Said they just received approval from AADL for Incontinence and Walking Aids. I checked the shelves & 1 bag of each size of pull ups was missing. He asked about the invoice for the opening order as he had a copy and thought it was already paid. He'll call and check with Tracy at our office in Richmond.

Aug 06, 2014 - Cold Call on store. Met with Mahmoud who was at the coounter. Gave Tena brochure with AADL numbers on and mentioned that our Tena products were more geared to AADL clients. Told him about in-servicing & how we differed from McKesson.
