Sep 07, 2012 - Met with Andrea as Ben was away. Gave her a dozen Sheila Buck Seminar invitations & explained the seminar briefly. She took me down to meet the guy & girl who run the repair area on the lower level. Both were very nice and both don't like AMG walkers as they constantly come loose. I looked at the black Xpresso and it was unlevel as the front right wheel would float. Told them to get an R/A from head office to send it back & get replaced.

Dec 14, 2011 - Met with Ben. Has several walkers on the showroom floor right at the front entrance. Only an Xpresso Lite was ours. Rest were Dana Douglas & ProDe3. Says there is a government contract that comes up every 2 years that just passed. Told me he'd put me in contact with the right people at MDA to get our walkers evaluated but now they won't look at anything until November 2012. Went through all the literature & pricelists he had & kept only the current pricelists & brochures.
