Jul 30, 2013 - Met with Carol and Mike. Gave Walkers by Seat Height with Specs Sheets & she asked for extras to give to therapists in the facilities. Mike happened to be in the office so Carol introduced me to him. He's very tall and friendly. He looks after the facilities in town. Carol says to deal with her for everything as Mike's hardly ever in the store. Says they love Evolution walkers. 

Mar 02, 2012 - Met with CSR who says Mike is out most of the time. Mentioned Sheila Buck Seminar coming & asked to put up small poster when dates finalized. He said no problem. Also mentioned long-term loaners & he said they've done some in the past.

Dec 15, 2011 - Met with Carol. Says they do good business in Xpresso & Xpresso Lite plus Pipers & Sprite as well. Have a variety of walkers on small showroom floor & had Xpresso in front display window. She says they have lots of literature right now & have one of our banners up on the wall. Told me about an issue they're having with 3 Xpresso units where the plastic was breaking. She couldn't remember if it was the brake handle or the plastic piece where the handle tubing slides into the frame. Assured her it wasn't an issue with the other dealers.
