Jan 15, 2014 - Met with Debbie. Discussed Sheila Buck Seminars coming up and bath safety equipment we're launching. Set in-service for February 14 at 2:00 pm.
Apr 03, 2013 - Met with Debbie & Andrea & replaced the right side handle on a new Black Piper Super Mini as it was bent down slightly. Not sure if it was like that from the factory but I didn't see any abrasions to make me think it had been done in shipping or while in the store.
Jan 15, 2013 - Met with Debbie & Andrea Beer, who just started today, & went to Country Cottage to see Helen regarding an EVO Arm Trough trial. Helen walked more upright with the EVO Wide I had as a demo but needed to trial a EVO Low to get her elbows closer to her body and to have a more appropriate seat height. Debbie was going to order one with arm troughs as this trial went well. Debbie, Andrea & I went to Canadian Tire afterwards & picked out what they would need for tools to be able to do any repairs.
Apr 20, 2012 - Met with Debbie who says she sold 9 walkers this week. 4 were follow up from the tradeshow last week. Picked up a box of Xpresso booklets that they had left over from the show. Says she's hiring another staff member to help on the floor as she hasn't had hardly any time to do paper work as she's been doing deliveries & sales. Offered to work the tradeshow with her next year as long as no other HHC store was there.
Feb 06, 2012 - Spoke to Debbie on the phone re they're going into Great Canadian Tradeshow on April 13-15. Draws approx. 20,000 attendees & 13th is Seniors Day. She'll be showing an Xpresso Lite & requested 2000 pieces of literature. Show Hours are 13th- 1-8 Sr's Day / 14th- 10-8 / 15th- 10-5.
Dec 05, 2011 - Met with Debbie & dropped off 2 oxygen tank baskets from Western Home Medical. Says they're sales are growing quickly. Wants to do an Open House in January. Says she'll call me with date & time when they decide. Showed me that she has a good stock of Piper, Challenger, Horizon & Xpresso Lites plus a EVO Low Wide.
