May 13, 2013 - Met with Joanne. Gave 2 Walker by Seat Height Sheets wit Specs. Says they were busy this morning with 3 customers in at the same time. Only had 4 walkers on the floor with one being an older Horizon wide. Showroom wasn't very clean. Picked up one of Dan's business cards as he does outside sales calls.
Feb 12, 2013 - T/C with Joanne re Wade needs to quote on a Xpresso Mini with Slow-down Brakes. Told her worst case scenario is $289 for walker plus $48 for slow down brakes.
Dec 16, 2011 - Met with Bernie. They have 10 AMG eXcursions on the showroom floor & no one else's products. He says they are looking at expanding into Alberta so told him I would be a resource for them. Says they specialize in rehab not retail. He spends most of his time dealing with the OT's in Winnipeg. Says Winnipeg Health stopped them from having their Beach Day. They'd have 250 people plus the reps come out for fun with his boats & show some new products & let the people try them out. He doesn't plan on doing it this coming year unless they can figure out how to make it work without offending the region. Scott was at the Regent Store yesterday when I met with Wendy & says he heard what I said to her.

Jul 30, 2013 - Met with Wendy. Gave Walkers by Seat Height with Specs Sheets. Says they run independent of the Portage Store so she has all her own accounts etc. Discussed that she doesn't like Nexus because they launched when she first started and had an awful time adjusting the handles because they needed too be turned unward to adjust the height. Says they're doing a lot of AMG Excursion right now. Says Dana Douglas is blowing out all the Infinitis they have left and are discontinuing them.
Mentioned about doing Walker Tune Up Clinics with Mike their outside sales guy. Says he worked at Health Sciences before them so he's mechanical and does all the installs & repairs. Gave her one of my business cards to pass on to him to see if he was interested.
Asked about bath equipment & she does quite a bit of bath safety due to Concordia Hospital which is close by doing hip & knee replacements. Says to speak with Mark Bain OT at Concordia as he's in charge of all the equipment recommendations. Says they have a demo bathroom set up there to train patients.
Feb 07, 2013 - Met with 2 new ladies at store. Said Wendy is at Portage store training a new person today. Gave a Walker by Seat Height Sheet. Went over how to fit a client with proper seat height & handle height. Said Michael is their outside sales rep who calls on the therapists & he's usually in the store one day per week to help with customers. Had about 20 AMG Excursions on the showroom floor. Said it's selling due to the wider backrest. Only had one Xpresso Lite Regular in Cappuccino in the showroom. Also had a few Legacy & Comfort Plus walkers.
Dec 15, 2011 - Met with Wendy. Says they're selling a lot of Excursions due to the wider backrest. They had some Excursions & some ProDe3 on the showroom floor along with an Xpresso Tall. She says if we could get a better back with the Xpresso they'd buy more but right now people like the comfort of the larger backrest. Talked to her about bath seat & tub rail & she'd like to see both next trip out. She said she's been there 6 years & has never seen an Evolution rep. They need brochures for reg line & Xpresso as they don't have any at all. Says this store started to service a nearby hospital who were doing hip & knee replacements & has now grown to do other items.
