When groups feel disadvantaged

When Group B feels Group A has an advantage, what can they do about it.

An advantage can be fair or unfair.

At any given time in history, There is probably not much to be done about a fair advantage given the present state of technology. That is, for the duration of technology as it currently exists, the advantages will not change. Future technologies will change the advantage structure.
