A standing committee monitors institutional effectiveness, continuous quality improvement initiatives, monitors and reports on the progress of the objectives of the current strategic plan, and acts as the strategic planning steering committee when a new plan is being developed.
Annual frequency with which reports are published and senior leadership teams are briefed on progress toward achievement of strategic goals and objectives
Annually, the total funds reallocated due to poor performance on strategic objectives.

Percent of employee annual program expectations which reference a specific strategy or activity in the unit's strategic plan
Percent of goals and objectives submitted with proposed budgets by the Strategic Planning Steering Committee that were approved, approved with modification, rejected by the President.
Percent of tasks annually marked as complete in the enterprise wide project and resource management system that is used to assign and track progress of strategic tactics
