8(a)

If a ball in play after hitting the front wall, but before being returned again, shall touch any player, or anything he wears or carries (other than the racquet of the player who makes the return) the side of the player so touched loses the point, except as provided in Rule 7(c)(1) or 7(c)(2).

RULE 8 SHALL BE AMENDED BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH:

If a ball in play after hitting the front wall, but before being returned again, shall touch any player, or anything he wears or carries (other than the racquet of the player who makes the return) the side of the player so touched loses the point, except as provided in Rule 8(d).
