According to Romans 8:28,
"All things work together for the good of those who love God, who have been called according to his purpose."
This verse emphasizes the importance of loving God and fitting into his plans.2
It is a source of encouragement for saints in suffering, as all things, including sorrows, trials, and persecutions, work together for blessing.
However, this assurance is limited to a specific class of people.
