Neonatal-onset Multisystem Inflammatory Disease

<ul>

<li>Chronic infantile neurologic cutaneous and articular (CINCA) syndrome</li>

<li>Rash at time of birth or shortly after</li>

<li>Presents with aseptic meningitis, cerebral atrophy, uveitis, hearing loss, and intellectual disability</li>

<li>Chronic arthropathy due to recurrent inflammation leading to epiphyseal and patellar overgrowth &ndash; can be deforming and severe.</li>

<li>Many die before adulthood</li>

<li>Chronic inflammation can cause secondary amyloidosis</li>
