ME: Yes Sir!

So I wrote it.

Keep in mind that by this time, I had been up all night and then some.

I wrote, laid down, ran a movie. Wrote, laid down, ran a movie. I was desperately trying to take a nap; I was so tired. This kept going all day on into the night.  I polished it, I edited it, moved paragraphs around, re-read it and read it again. Besides taking the dogs out for a pee and eating a bit, that’s all I did all day. Finally, I put in a movie that I didn’t really care about and laid down for a long sleep.

Wed. 6/28/23:

That morning I watched an online video that Derek did in a church. I had my letter ready in a condition I thought was good enough to send. The document was open but I just left it there and went back to Derek’s video. Watching, listening, watching, listening and there it was. Derek looked right at me, eye ball to eyeball and said, “You have a long message. Send it.

There it was!  Those were my orders!

So I paused the video and added this to my letter: “US Army Veteran Derek Johnson is doing an outstanding job of waking up sleepers.  Call him up.”

Although I have been told I write well, I promise you that not all the words in the letter were mine.

If you know your grammar, “Call him up” is a command. Whoa! Did I just give a command to a general? Whoa!

No. That was GOD talking to the General THROUGH me. No doubt, none at all. I did not look back to check for responses to my post. I did not look back at Derek Johnson’s video to make sure what I saw and heard him say. I KNOW my actions were righteous. Either I was going to get a “knock on the door” or I had rattled the right cages to get the right people doing the right things.  I KNOW I did my duty!

I saved the document, hit copy, hit paste, took a deep breath and hit send.

I let out my breath, closed the site I where I posted the letter, and went back to the rest of Derek’s video.  After it was over, I shut down the internet and went to let the dogs out and make a meal. Before I could get the bread out………...

I stood frozen.

The General verbally attacked two and one half (50years old and up) GENERATIONS of Americans

in an effort to wake them up!  At least that is my explanation. I don’t do game theory so I may never know unless he actually tells me.

And then what?  Yep, I sobbed some more. My adreneline was pumping and I was feeling every emotion a human being is able to have. I could not stop; the tears were running, my nose was running; I just sobbed. I can’t explain it any better than that.

How do I know I’m a soldier?

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for 

which it stands, one nation, UNDER GOD, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

I was completely exhausted; so I laid down watched some movies:  Manchurian Candidate, Stalag 17, The Big Red One, Dirty Dozen, and Bridge on the River Kwai.

LETTER TO GENERAL FLYNN

6/28/2023

Dear General Flynn: On Monday, June 26, 2023, I watched and heard you place blame for the mess this country is in on Americans aged 50 and up. I watched it 3x to make sure I heard you correctly.

I will not include the source to give it any more attention than it may have already received. Now, if that was AI, you can just skip the rest of this and we’ll all go home. If, on the other hand, you truly believe what I heard you say, then let me tell you what really happened in that video. You NUKED two and one half generations of people!  Tell me, would you blame an MIA for being lost? A POW for getting caught? A KIA for getting in the way of a bullet or God knows what else? On the very day that the puppet in WH blurts out his guilt, you place blame where none is deserved.

If your intent was to “rally” civilian troops, you missed your mark by more than just one mile. Do you not recognize how divisive and inappropriate your words were? Can you not see that you just set up all those people against the younger generations and put a target on our backs? We are already being blamed for rightfully claiming our Social Security that we already paid for; sometimes paying for 50 years or more. Now you want us to take the blame for being lied to and brainwashed? What are you thinking? Do you know what it means to “blame the victim”?

You just RE-traumatized people who probably don’t yet know they HAVE BEEN traumatized and will AGAIN be traumatized when the sirens go off. What exactly was your mission in that little speech? Do you realize that now your opinion out there on the internet has just made it open season on us? From how many more social media personalities will we have to defend ourselves? Is that some new form of leadership that I don’t know about yet? If we know them by their fruits, you just dropped a rotten one.

Most of the people you blame are America’s most vulnerable who are mostly surviving on social security in amounts computed in mysterious ways by unknown bureaucrats. We have sacrificed much and for that matter, the longest, of any of the current generations. And that is who you blame? Are you saying we did it to ourselves? Many live in HUD subsidized housing where the landlord gets (by law) 30% of the social security check. There are more than a few who get $600/month. You do the math for what is left over for food and everything else. Some of these same landlords purposely leave apartments empty and tell people they have a waiting list when in reality the landlords are watching for applicants with a bigger check so more money goes to the landlord. Are those the seniors you are blaming for this mess?

Here is another mystery number. Did you know that some seniors are allowed only $15/mo in food stamps unless the can provide receipts for physician-prescribed monthly medications? Local meals for the elderly are not free, they are $4.50 a plate; hard to do on $15/mo.

Yes, I remember the day JFK was murdered. My mom cried for days, it was my first trauma. Then came polio shots, cold war, air raid drills, and Vietnam. I saw real soldiers blown up in front of my face  on television...whose bright idea was that? Speaking of Vietnam, did you know Vietnam Vets are Baby Boomers? You know, part of the population you’re blaming? Remember agent orange? Spitting on soldiers? Being punished for speaking up against the war? Remember all that? Remember TAKING all our men, brothers, fathers, uncles, many in their prime, who never came back leaving behind widows and fatherless children?  Warmongers have stolen our men, we didn’t give them to you willingly. So, clarify, are those the people you are blaming?

We were told: trust your parents, trust the teacher, trust the nuns, trust the priest (we all know where that went), trust your boss, trust the police, trust the sheriff, trust the mayor, trust Uncle Sam, trust the plan, trust the process, don’t question authority. Where does one go when so many people in authority ARE the evil?  Well guess what, according to the constitution, We the People, means I AM the authority. No more trust, prove it beyond any doubt or trust no one. What purpose did it serve to place blame on anyone? In my opinion, it was trust that got us into this mess, so pardon me if I gag every time I read or hear “trust the plan.” You MUST always remember your perspective of this massive change or transition comes from a much different place: you and the President are looking from the top down, we are looking from the bottom up. We have been wounded and abused for a long, long time and you rubbed in the salt.

For the record, Gen X runs from 1965-1980, Baby Boomers from 1946-1964 and the SILENT generation from 1928-1945.

I have been accumulating information, truthful information, and videos to prepare for explaining to my vulnerable neighbors what is actually happening when those sirens go off because I am pretty sure they are very unprepared. As a matter of fact, I fear some hearts may stop. Most of what I read online about the transition I understand, but I am quite sure my neighbors will not. I could never show them the video I am referring to as it would surely break their hearts.

It would have been more helpful if you would have stayed completely away from any blame and asked the social media community to come up with ways to explain this mess and break it to them gently. Why not ask for the younger ones to imagine they had to explain all this to their grandmother, who is not online, can’t type, can’t afford cable, don’t know about horrific human/child trafficking, never heard of transgender BS, don’t know we didn’t go to the moon, and the moon and earth is not what they were told it was, and how are they going to get their SS with the new financial system, and how do they keep getting their medications. Imagine when these people find out that everyone else in the world already knows all of this and they don’t. Most will want to know how it all affects them personally and what if any changes will they have to make. And how am I supposed to address clones and robots and lifelike masks? This does not imply they are stupid-they just don’t know. This blame must be removed from the narrative.

For too long, American elders have been pushed aside, disrespected, ignored and forgotten. There are physicians in every field of medicine, dentistry, and psychiatry eagerly willing to murder us for money.

It brings me no joy to note that many young people will never benefit from our wealth of experiential wisdom that still travels through our veins. We can even read and write in cursive.

And you should know by now that some will believe that all of this is just a, dare I say, takeover; another day-another bunch of politicians and in four years everything will flip the other way. Tell me, what evidence can you provide that would convince them to once again trust ANYONE in WH, Congress (who are overpaid for a few days of work, vote their own salaries, fly private jets, engage in insider trading, ignore their constituents and more) or the military who use our men like guinea pigs with jabs then ignore them when they come back broken and homeless. Does that blame extend to them? Did they not do enough?

When all is said and done, and supposed evidence is produced on every channel, how will anyone know the difference between what is real and what is AI? I admire, respect, and believe in President Trump; he is a dear, dear man. I would be immensely gratified to call him my friend. I thank God for him every day, and listen to every word he says; but trust is a very hard pill to swallow right now.

In closing, Sir, I urge you to find a way to FIX this verbal mess you made using the same social media tools you used to create it. And not just a “Oh, so sorry” in two minutes. It needs to be corrected like you mean it for all the reasons I have put forth and others that may occur to you along the way. As General, you are of superior and distinguished character and you surely deserve every accolade you receive but you cannot blame people you are trying to bring into the fold. As Spiritual Beings experiencing a Human existence, I speak to you as a peer of equal rank. I believe in an effort to be casual you did not think this out before you spoke. If you want to be helpful, please help the rest of us who have to keep our vulnerable people calm. I am not afraid to pick up the pieces, again. But please do not kick us when we’re down.

This was not the first time I have heard this blame placed on this same population of Americans on social media but it MUST stop. I make you this promise, when I see or hear it again, I will be right there like ketchup on a burger, sending out flack. I may be banned for this post but it wouldn’t be the first time and then so be it. Were I to remain silent and give you a pass on pointing the finger at millions of hard-working, country-loving, abused, oppressed, duped Americans, only then would I be guilty. I will not allow them to be smeared. This letter does not come with intent to harm you in any way. If what I write saddens you I am truly sorry but I see damage being done. I am damage control. It seems to me that we have reached the point where others with a different type of expertise should be called upon to ease this transition. US Army Veteran Derek Johnson is doing an outstanding job of waking the sleepers. Call him up.

To those who say well this happened on our watch, I call BS. This evil surrounding us was sprouted in ancient times, Day 1. The finger of guilt belongs directed at the evil-doers who slithered in during the dead of night to do us harm.

What really happened is that the oppression and deception became out of control and completely intolerable. And now, the right people at the right time said ENOUGH is ENOUGH and had the strength, knowledge and ability to turn it all around. NO, I do not accept one iota of guilt or shame related to this nightmare that is being dumped on me and my fellow Americans because of my/our age.

General, Sir, please stay in your lane.

July 1, 2023:

My name is Rose Kohnke, I was born on September 19, 1956. I have a Masters Degree in psychology. I

have experience in inpatient/psych, outpatient/psych, residential care/psych, in-home treatment/psych

and clinical management. In each of these roles, I carried the responsibility of being a manadated

reporter.

Although I am currently retired, I continue and will continue, to carry that responsibility. I am

of sound mind, in good health, do not consume drugs or alcohol nor any medications, drive safely, and

my vehicle is well maintained. I currently reside in Pioneer Place/Building 1 in Poynette, WI.

Several days after I moved in (June, 2020), Ms.X requested a meeting with me. At that meeting, I

recognized that Ms X was attempting obtain personal information from me. I purposely misled Ms. X

into believing that I was too fragile to continue the meeting and returned to my apartment. From that

point forward, Ms. X was on my radar. I am not now or ever have been aware of any educational or

professional credentials that Ms. X may carry. I have observed her distribute community newsletters

such as the one in June, 2023 which reported: “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer

(LGBTQ) Pride Month is currently celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969

Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan” and also to have meetings with residents After the initial meeting

that I have already noted, Ms. X has never asked to meet with me again.

Perhaps a year after I moved in, a new property manager was hired, Mr. Z. Early on in his capacity, he

sent me notice that said I owed more rent. I knew this was not true because I keep receipts. I wrote to

Mr. Z. requesting that he provide to me in writing, all his figures and computing that lead him to his

request for more money from me. He called me and said he was sorry and had made a mistake. Mr. Z

was now on my radar.

The current maintenance man started around the same time that I moved in. He told me that he was a

US Army Veteran. He, too, was now on my radar. After all, would he not have access to every

building, every room, inside and outside, and all the property around them?

It should be noted that the “Community Rules and Regulations for Pioneer Place I, II, III, and IV

include “Other Provisions” which state in part: “The lease can be terminated if the resident commits

repeated minor violations of the lease that disrupts the livability and/or interferes with management

of the property” (bold added by this writer). In my lease is a fact sheet that states my residence is a

“Project-Based Section 8” facility.

Management facilitated vaccine shots when they posted sign up sheets for residents to get shots. They

also posted “wear a mask” signs throughout the building. Management also posted a “stand 6 feet

apart” sign which I am not sorry to say I took down on June 29, 2023.

When I moved in, the property owner was listed as: The Pauquette Area Elderly Housing. On March

30, 2023, residents received written notice that the Future Wisconsin Housing Fund, Inc. (“a non-profit

organization focused on providing affordable housing throughout Wisconsin”) and that the Legal entity

for the property is FW Pioneer Place, LLC; however, the apartments will continue to be referenced as

Pioneer Place I and II. Pioneer Place III and IV ownership remains the same as Interfaith Housing

Foundation of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan, Inc and Pioneer Place IV, Inc. respectively.”

On June 28, 2023, Ms. X distributed a form requesting that all residents complete a form soliciting

personal medical information (PMI). On June 29, 2023, Ms. X gave each resident “newsletter”

recommending residents to tune in to TVTV.US. This appeared suspicious to me as I could not

understand why management would not recommend to stay tuned to Emergency Broadcast System

(EBS) given the current situation in our country. Ms. X went on to include that she would be “out of the

office from June 30 – July 9, back on the 10th”.

I do not have skills to determine whether the internet or cable connections are compromised, but I

suspect it.

The June 29th form also suggested residents could complete a healthcare power of attorney document

WITH HER ASSISTANCE.

I know that all residents have received these notices because it has been the practice of management to

clip all communications to residents under a magnet that is attached to each apartment door frame. On

some days you can walk down the hall in a sea of envelopes with apartment numbers everywhere you

look.

Management posts resident names and apartment numbers in public view in the front hall. I request

mine to be removed as I view it as a safety hazard exposing vulnerable adults to scammers and

conmen.

On the afternoon of June 29, 2023, I felt compelled to act. I went up and down the hallways informing

as many residents as I could that it is unlawful to request PMI and to please not complete the forms.

Some residents understood and some did not want to hear. During my conversations, I listened to some

of their concerns.

-- Throughout my tenancy, I have observed several units remain empty for extended periods of time.

One resident shared with me that a friend of hers had applied to live in this facility but was told there

was a long waiting list. Shortly thereafter someone else moved in.

--One resident, who was obviously shaken and confused as we spoke, told me that Ms. X referred him

to Healthcare Insurance Agent who “signed him up for something” and now his social security has been

reduced to pay the premiums. Not knowing the specifics but having had frequent interactions with him

in the past, this gentleman did not give INFORMED CONSENT.

--One resident said she had noticed a significant change in water pressure and diminished hot water.

I too have noticed this.

--One resident stated he had trouble reading. He reported to me that when he received the request for

PMI he called Ms. X to complain but she was out of the office until July 10, 2023.

--In my opinion, several of the residents appear quite frail, and an RN or NP should be discreetly

available for any in-person future interviews.

After my meeting with the residents, I determined it was necessary to report my findings in the role of

mandatory reporter and that of a compassionate human being. That evening, June 29, 2023, I contacted

the Sheriff’s office who sent two officers from the Poynette police to my residence. I informed them

that I am a mandatory reporter and explained the events of June 28 and June 29, 2023. I allowed them

to take pictures of what documents I had at that moment. The officers were polite but did not appear to

be on the same wavelength in regard to my allegations. I was informed that it was unlikely that

anything would be looked at for at least three weeks. It was at this point that I determined it would be

necessary to compose my statement and go straight to the top, HUD. If I have not cooperation with

HUD, I have other avenues at my disposal.

Last Fall:

Last fall the maintenance man came around to adjust the thermostat. My unit has radiators with a 0-5

adjustment knob. I have no skills in heating and air conditioning, however, I thought that radiators

function by heating hot water; at least that is my understanding.

All he did was turn the knob up to five and said, “If you have OCD or something just leave it there.”

Since I do not have OCD nor any of its symptoms, I found it intrusive and uncomfortable. Why would

he even say such a thing unless PMI was shared with him or someone had suggested it. Whatever

information he thought he had isn’t to be found because it isn’t true and to my knowledge does not

exist.

The maintenance man claims to be a veteran but I have my doubts. No true veteran would allow the

US flag in such a tattered state as it is this moment, nor would a true veteran allow an empty flag pole

on Veteran’s Day as it was this past November.

Moving forward in time, I wrote a letter to Mr. Z informing him that a particular new resident allowed

her dog to roam off-leash on the property and in the building. This is a direct violation of the written

pet policy, village policy, and HUD’s policy stating residents are to abide by community guidelines.

The reason I wrote the first letter (there were two) which I cannot locate my copy at the time of this

writing, was because her dog CHARGED my window trying to get at my dog TWICE. The first time

the dog charged, I let it go as an accident but the second time is when I wrote the letter. The dog

charged so hard I thought it broke the window. I sent the letter through the mail and requested that Mr.

Z acknowledge its receipt which he did. He said he received it but due to resident confidentiality he

couldn’t discuss it any further. I nearly fell over; instead I thanked him and ended the call.

I have a copy of the second letter dated January 30, 2023 reminding him that this particular resident

continued to allow her dog off-leash inside and around the property. I received the same response.

When I discovered another resident was allowing her cat and dog to roam the hallways and kitchen

area I called Mr. Z. I gave him dates and times but he pleaded ignorance, tried to assure me that he

would see to it and repeated resident confidentiality. As of this writing, both residents continue this

behavior.

Springtime:

I am aware that certain laws and regulations exist related to chemicals sprayed on the lawn or for pest

control; one of them is signage. On this property, I have observed lawn chemicals sprayed without

alerting residents before hand and tiny little signs so far away from the exits that most residents would

not know it had been done. This is significant to pet owners because the chemicals get onto their paws,

they lick their paws and then get sick from some unknown chemical. Even people with shoes on are

advised not to walk on chemically treated lawns. I find it ironic that lack of signage for chemical sprays

does not balance with the fact that nearly every door and window is blasted with signage when

management is off on holiday.

Not long ago a plumber was in the building supposedly working on one of the dryers. His van was in

the parking lot at least five times maybe more. At one point I noticed heavy humidity and dust particles

in the air all throughout the hallways. It seemed to me that dryer was vented into the building instead of

out causing difficult breathing throughout the building.

Air conditioners do not come with our units, we have to buy our own and not every resident has one.

During heating season, residents are not allowed to open their windows.

As I write this, my throat is sore, I can hardly swallow, and have an all-over rash from a recent shower.

I have never experienced a rash like this.

Having laid all this out in the most organized manner possible, I strongly believe there is only ONE

course of action.

Management, staff and owner must be investigated.

ALL residents must be interviewed.

EVERY unit and room must be inspected.

Finances must be audited.

I once promised a US General, in not so many words, that if I detected even the slightest hint of

disrespect or abuse toward and American Elder that I would “be right there like ketchup on a burger,

sending out flack”. Well, HERE I AM
