Data Architecture Course

This 5-day workshop introduces participants to modern Business Intelligence (BI) architectures, highlighting how data is collected, stored, transformed, and delivered for insights. Participants will learn how to design and implement BI solutions ranging from simple, small-business-focused models to robust, enterprise-level architectures such as Data Warehouse, Data Fabric, Data Lakehouse, and Data Mesh. By referencing Deciphering Data Architectures by James Sera, participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through lectures, hands-on labs, and group exercises. The course emphasizes Microsoft technologies, including Power BI for visualization and Azure Cloud Services for data storage, transformation, and governance.
