Select activities to include in your sponsor plan that will enable your primary sponsor to build awareness of the need for the change directly with impacted individuals and groups. Examples of activities include:

• Describe the current state of the business and explain why a change is needed now
• Share the risks of not changing
• Share a vision of the future: describe the change and how that change will address business problems or opportunities
• Answer ��How will this change affect me? And ��What��s in it for me?�� (WIIFM)
• Be open and willing to answer questions from impacted groups that might show resistance
