If your change project scored low on this factor, the consequences include:

• The project manager may view change management as slowing down the project.
• Collaboration will be difficult and a shared definition of success won��t be developed.
• The project manager may view the use of the PCT, particularly the assessment of the strength of project management, as change management overstepping their role.
• The project team may install a solution, but unless the solution is adopted and used, the organization will not realize any benefits.
