If your change project scored low on this factor, the consequences may include:

• If periodic progress review meetings are not scheduled at project initiation, with a clear expectation from the primary sponsor that all the key roles must attend, the chance that they will take place is very low.
• If the meetings don��t occur, the project team will likely feel isolated and not have the necessary visibility and access to decision makers during the project lifecycle. Issues will languish and take longer to resolve.
• The project will lose momentum and the attention of your primary sponsor.
