Why assess project health using the PCT Assessment?
The PCT Assessment evaluates the health of a change project, which is a leading indicator of the potential for change success. A healthy project – one with strength in all four aspects of the PCT Model – is much more likely to achieve success compared to a project that has weaknesses in one or more aspects.
Why now?
By establishing a baseline measurement, the change practitioner can use repeated applications of the PCT Assessment over the project lifecycle to monitor progress and adapt actions to increase project health.
What are the risks and consequences of not assessing project health?
The PCT Assessment is a tool to facilitate dialogue, alignment and action with the change management team, project team, senior leaders, and key business leaders. Without a focus on assessing and improving project health, the risks and consequences may include confusion, misalignment, inaction, rework and failure.
