Thank you for the follow-up, much appreciated. I can imagine how challenging it must be to wrangle a single 140 MB HTML file, so you’re definitely not alone in that frustration.

At the moment, TheBrain doesn’t have a batch importer for Word documents. You can drag and drop individual Word files into Thoughts (as attachments or into Notes), but there isn’t currently a way to import hundreds at once automatically. That said, this request fits very well alongside the ChatGPT/JSON import feature we logged, a smoother way to bulk-bring in large collections of conversations. I’ll make sure we capture this in the feature request as well.

On your suggestion about visually differentiating request vs. response: that’s a great point. Since the OpenAI export preserves Markdown structure, when we build this importer for v15, we can look at formatting the user prompts and AI responses in a way that makes them easy to scan inside Notes (different background or divider styling). This is exactly the kind of feedback that makes the feature stronger.
