Hello Alan,

We were able to identify the cause.

Your Brain is currently set to “Normal+1” view. That view mode is not yet implemented in the iPhone app. Because brain view settings sync across devices, the mobile app attempts to open in Normal+1 view but cannot render the thoughts, resulting in an empty Plex.

For now, the workaround is:

On your iPhone

• Long press anywhere in the Plex

• Switch the view back to “Normal”

Once switched back to Normal view, the thoughts should display correctly.
