Thank you for your patience.

For creating or modifying notes, the supported endpoints are:

POST /notes/{brainId}/{thoughtId}/update

This is used to create or update/replace the note content for a thought.

POST /notes/{brainId}/{thoughtId}/append

This is used to append content to an existing note.

For attachments, the supported endpoints are:

POST /attachments/{brainId}/{thoughtId}/file

This is used to upload a file attachment to a thought.

POST /attachments/{brainId}/{thoughtId}/url

This is used to add a URL attachment to a thought.
