Thank you for the screenshots and the additional details.

Since you are using macOS Sequoia, please first check whether TheBrain has permission to capture the screen:

• Open Apple menu > System Settings
• Go to Privacy & Security
• Open Screen & System Audio Recording
• Make sure TheBrain is enabled

If TheBrain is not listed, use the + button to add it from the Applications folder.

After changing the permission, completely quit TheBrain and reopen it, then try Capture Image again.

If it still captures the desktop image instead of the browser image, please send the short screen recording requested earlier showing the full process from the web image through the captured result. The two screenshots show the intended and incorrect images, but the recording will help us see exactly what happens during the capture.
