8:00 AM - 9:25 AM Slack meeting with Matt: Answering tickets - problem is that he cannot see the full name of the word docs that he saved in thebrain. Selected 3 but only 1 can be replicate from the brain to the desktop (mass select files and move them out of the brain to desktop or any location in computer),

First when you document a bug:

• check if there is a bug already present before in the listings
• keep searching for different keywords if not
• click on create (project DEKU)
• summary (macOS) select multiple attachements to move in/out of the brain - only one file moved
• Add a dozen generic attachments to a single thought. Click on the thought icon and select multiple attachments with CMD+Click. Select Move File Out Of Brain. result is only 1 file is removed.
• macOS only, windows is fine
• Attach the ZenDesk link for follow up and trace.
• Once you create, grab the last few words of URL (DEKU 390) and put hat as an internal notes

• Customer asked for help and didnt give much info,
• We asked him for more info (SS, pop up message, \
• then made the ticket into pending.

• Create Document function fails:
• replicate it (Control click 4 thoughts, print PDF and problem is it doesnt show the other 3 pages)
• Unable to replicate
• asked customer to send a copy of the thoughts on a new brain (archive) for testing because it might be the content that has a problem.

Matt tasked me to check and read the brainbox

• Customer has problem retrieving text from brainbox.
• after checking it turns out that the bold that she used is causing the problem (BUG 1)
• BUG 2 (Cannot reformat notes in brainbox) (navigate to the link to find the note, click brainbox extension, select the option to include the content as note, no problem on web client but on brain app there are problems.)
• (add any website to brainbox, append or create, check the box to add content as text,
• click on the field to modify

RESULT

• The text window will close, text cannot be modified, unchecking and rechecking the brainbox does not resolve it.
