It appears that this problem originates from the Android operating system itself. However, we've documented the issue, and our team is actively looking into it. We’ll be sure to follow up with any updates or resolutions as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, here’s a workaround you can try: Use your finger or stylus to mark and hold a position or word in the note (this will show you the paste option but it disappears when you lift your finger), then quickly select the "Paste" function with another finger at the same time.
