Hello Roger,

Thank you for your patience while we investigated this.

We were able to determine that the note save failed while converting the editor content into markdown format. A recovery file was generated at the time, but unfortunately it was saved inside an area of the iPhone that is not currently accessible to either the user or the app.

We're working on adding a way to export these recovery files in a future iOS update so they can be shared with support when this type of issue occurs.

In the meantime, the most helpful thing would be to know whether you remember what content or action triggered the error, or whether you are able to reproduce it by adding similar content to a note. If you can reproduce it consistently, that may allow us to investigate the issue without needing the recovery file itself.
