Questiom on Web-Client on Linux (Will renew) #96300

https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/96300

Hello Christoph,

Thank you for reaching out!

Yes, you can access TheBrain Web Client from Linux, including Ubuntu 22.04, using any modern web browser. Since the Web Client is cloud-based, you’ll be able to manage and update your Brains seamlessly across devices.

Regarding storage capacity, TheBrain Cloud offers 30GB of storage with a Pro Combo subscription. If you require additional space, you can purchase storage upgrades through your account settings. If you work with large files, we recommend storing them in an external cloud storage service (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive) and pasting the shareable link within TheBrain (in notes or thoughts). This helps optimize performance and keeps your Brain running smoothly.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and I’d be happy to assist!

Best regards,

John
