Thank you for reaching out.

After investigating the screenshot you sent in earlier, I noticed that the file you were trying to open was an email or .msg format, and I assume you were trying to open it via microsoft word which would not be possible. If needed, you could try to use a .msg to .docx converter, or simply paste the email in plain text to word.
