From the recording, the issue appears right as the Plex tries to load, which suggests the app can’t access the graphics features it needs on your Mac. I’d like to gather a bit more information so we can pinpoint what’s causing this.

• The macOS version and the Mac model you’re using

• Whether this is your personal machine or a corporate-managed device

• If you’ve ever adjusted Safari’s settings related to hardware acceleration, WebGL, WebGPU, or JavaScript

• Whether you are running any virtual machine or system-level software that might affect graphics

• And one quick test: in Safari, please visit https://get.webgl.org and let me know what appears on the page

If you can also try opening your brain at app.thebrain.com and tell me whether it works there or shows a similar problem, that will help us confirm the root of the issue.
