Thank you again for your patience and for the care you put into your reports. Your detailed notes, logs, and backup helped us track this down.

We identified the cause of the freezing and slowdowns. A cyclic tag link had formed in the Brain, which caused TheBrain to loop while calculating the tag hierarchy. We have prepared a fix for this in TheBrain 15, TheBrain 14, and the Web Client.

Please update to the new version once it becomes available, then open your Brain and give it a try. If anything still feels off after updating, let me know right away and we will check again.
