Regarding the notes toolbar behavior in portrait and landscape modes, it’s working as designed. The logic is similar to that of a calculator: in portrait mode, you see the basic functions, while in landscape mode, you gain access to additional options. While this may feel limiting in portrait mode, turning the phone to landscape offers a quick and easy workaround for accessing the full toolbar.
