Since the application is crashing, you may not be able to access the log file through the usual method. Instead, please try the following steps:

To locate and send the Output.log file:

1. Open File Explorer.
2. In the address bar at the top, replace the current path with: %LocalAppData%, then press Enter.
3. Scroll down and open the TheBrain folder.
4. Open the Logs folder.
5. Locate the file named Output.log and attach it to your response.

Once we receive the log file, we’ll investigate further and follow up with the next steps. We’re happy to assist you as much as possible, though please note that our support for custom API integrations is limited.
