Currently, TheBrain allows you to import folders from your desktop app, but it does not support mapping an external drive or accessing existing data structures directly from iCloud Drive. However, you can still save your PDF files to your iCloud Drive and share them as links or attachments within TheBrain. This way, you can reference your documents without needing to upload all existing files.

While it may not fully meet your requirements at this time, we're continuously improving our features. Your feedback is invaluable, and we encourage you to keep an eye on future updates!
