Hello Ben,

Thank you for the detailed report.

First, could you please try resetting the keyboard shortcuts in TheBrain here:

• Main Menu
• Settings
• User
• Keyboard

Also, could you please confirm whether ⌘+Z works normally in other applications on the same system? That will help us tell whether this is specific to TheBrain or something broader at the OS or keyboard layout level.

One important note: Ctrl+W or ⌘+W is treated by the operating system as the standard close window shortcut, so that behavior is OS level and not something TheBrain can safely repurpose for Undo.

After resetting the keyboard settings, could you please send:

• Your exact TheBrain version
• Whether you are on macOS or Windows
• A short screen recording showing:
  • pressing the normal Undo shortcut on your Belgian AZERTY keyboard
  • the Undo command working from the menu
  • the shortcut reassignment behavior you described

That will help us narrow this down more accurately.
