Thank you for your follow-up and for sharing your experience.

I understand how much time and effort it takes to rebuild a large Brain, and I appreciate you letting us know how things turned out. Your feedback is helpful as we continue improving stability and performance with very large Brains.

In general, to keep Brain files smaller and easier to move between devices, it can help to run a report on large attachments and store very big files in an online drive or local folder instead, linking to them from within TheBrain rather than embedding them.

Our upcoming version 15 will also include a new light sync feature that makes transferring Brains between computers much faster and more reliable.
