Hello Randy,

Thank you for sending the two Brain folders.

I received both:

B02

I’m passing these along with our engineering team so we can inspect the data and determine the safest way to restore them into usable Brain Archive files for you, as well as inspect the log files for any clue.

Please keep your original copies of these folders untouched for now and do not delete or modify them while we work on the recovery.

I’ll follow up with you as soon as we have an update.
