I’ve reviewed the information you provided, including the behavior you described where the thought header updates correctly but the note content appears to lag or remain from a previously accessed thought when using Display thoughts on hover.

Given the combination of videos, logs, and the reproducible pattern you outlined, I’ve forwarded this to our engineering team so they can review the behavior more closely.

Your notes about the header refreshing faster than the note body, and the resulting mismatch during editing, are particularly helpful for narrowing down where this may be occurring.
