Issue: can AI Script write text to a note david riave #100152

Hello David,
Thank you again for the video, the memo, and the time you spent walking me through this.
I had engineering review the material, and the main issue does not appear to be inconsistent tool availability. The set of tools available to Cerebro is static and does not change between requests or conversations.
The stronger issue here appears to be the prompt itself. From the material shared so far, the instructions being given to Cerebro are complex enough that the intended workflow is not consistently clear.
In practice, the next step would be to rewrite the prompt in much plainer English so it states very directly:
- What Cerebro should do
- In what order it should do it
- What information it should use
- Exactly what it should write back to the thought, note, and tags
I would recommend starting with a much smaller version of the workflow on a single thought, confirming that works consistently, and only then building back up toward the fuller process.
It may also help to review general best practices for prompting AI, especially around keeping instructions concrete, direct, and easy to follow.
Best regards,
John
