Hello Mark,

Thank you for your patience.

Based on the log, the message is appearing because one of the Brains referenced in your system is no longer present in your local Brains folder (for example, it may have been moved or deleted at some point).

We can resolve this by resetting the local index.

Please try the following:

• Quit TheBrain completely

• Open Finder

• Click Go > Go to Folder…

• Enter:

~/.TheBrain/v9

• Locate the file TheBrainMeta.db

• Rename it to TheBrainMeta.db.old

Then relaunch TheBrain.

This will refresh the local references and should remove the startup message.

If the message still appears after this, let me know and we can take the next step.
