Android Brain opening and .brz export path issue #100132

Thank you for sending the log and error details.

For the Android issue, TheBrain 15 is not available on Android yet, so you are most likely using TheBrain 14.9 on the phone. TheBrain 15 for Android is coming soon and will likely help with this type of issue.

For now, could you please check:

• Are you able to open any Brain on Android, or does this happen with only one specific Brain?
• For any Brain that does not open, please long press its icon in the Brains List and select Open Brain to Home Thought. Does it open successfully that way?

For the .brz backup issue on Windows, the log shows that Windows is denying access to the location where TheBrain is trying to save the archive.

Could you please let me know:

• What folder or path are you choosing when saving the .brz archive?
• Do you have any antivirus software or third party sync software running, such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar?
