Thank you for the follow-up and for sharing your thoughts about the split notes and attachments layout.

If you happen to reproduce that setup again, please let us know the steps that led to it. In the meantime, since this layout idea could be valuable for improving workflow, I’d recommend submitting it as a feature request here: https://thebrain.uservoice.com. You can also search for an existing entry first and add your vote if it’s already been suggested, higher vote counts help our team prioritize enhancements.
