Thank you for sharing these detailed observations about the latest release, that’s very helpful.

I’ve noted the markdown behavior you described. The inconsistent formatting after pasting (hashtags unresolved on the first attempt, oversized headings on later attempts) may indicate that the markdown parser isn’t refreshing properly. I’ll run a few experiments here and follow up once I have clear results.

As for the note editor position, you can actually change its placement. Try panning to the edge or boundary between the note field and the Plex, then right-click to switch the editor’s orientation from right to left, or top - botttom.

The softer text rendering in the Plex and the occasional delay when clicking a thought should both be resolved in recent updates. Could you check if you’re currently on the Alpha update channel for TheBrain 15? If not, please enable it under Settings › Device › Update Channel, install the latest build, and let me know if the behavior improves.
