We can see from the screenshots that the plex itself is loading on your iPhone, but the thoughts are not rendering as expected. This isn’t something we can immediately reproduce, so we’re taking a closer look at the details you’ve provided.

We’re reviewing the log and looping this in internally to determine the next steps. Once we have guidance on what to try next or if we need anything further from you, we’ll follow up.
