Thought Notes Not Loading in TheBrain 15 #101132

Hello Gary,

Thank you again for sending the log.

We reviewed it, and before doing anything else, we’d like to inspect two specific thought folders from the Brain that is having the note display issue.

Please zip the following two folders and send the zip files to us:

C:\Users\Gary\Documents\Brains\8481f1ed-1c48-cc70-9cb3-73d676c478cf\988677fa-68bf-4fb3-9734-7af54a6bcd1d

C:\Users\Gary\Documents\Brains\8481f1ed-1c48-cc70-9cb3-73d676c478cf\b346048c-5c53-4126-91e7-d4a9f23e021c

After sending those, please quit TheBrain completely and relaunch it.

When TheBrain reopens, please check whether the note for the thought it opens to loads successfully, or whether the note area fails immediately.

If the note loads after restarting, please navigate around the Brain until you see a note fail to load again. When that happens, please open that thought’s folder, zip it, and send it to us along with a fresh Output.log.

Please also let us know whether this folder is being backed up or synced by OneDrive, Dropbox, or Google Drive:

C:\Users\Gary\Documents

And please let us know what antivirus software you are using.
