To better understand what caused this, could you provide a few more details?

• What was the original attachment/file name that caused the issue before you renamed it?
• How exactly did you add the file to TheBrain? Did you save it directly from Safari, or was there another step involved?
• Where did Safari initially store the file before you attached it to TheBrain?

This information would help us better understand the behavior and possibly improve how TheBrain handles similar cases in the future.
