Thank you for trying those steps and for the detailed follow-up.

At this point, since the entry does not appear in the Microsoft cleanup tool and the registry cleanup did not remove it, this appears to be a leftover Windows installer registration issue on the system itself rather than something controlled by TheBrain.

The good news is that this does not affect your current installation. Version 15.0.507 will continue to function normally even if the older entry remains listed. (Our latest beta is 15.0.519)

If you would still like to remove the leftover entry, the next step would be to have your IT team review the system and clean up the remaining Windows installer registration directly.
