Are you opening this from the desktop application or the web client? If you’re using the web client, could you please confirm that you are navigating to http://app.thebrain.com? From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you might be in the API section. Please ensure that your URL is set to http://app.thebrain.com.

Additionally, could you send us a screenshot after you log in? This will help us see what appears on your screen.
